FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How free machine placement works for bars, breweries, and taprooms across West Chester, Mason & Greater Cincinnati, Ohio.
- What does it cost my venue?
- Nothing. We own the machines and cover delivery, maintenance, repairs, and service. You provide the floor space and power — we handle everything else.
- How much do I make?
- Your venue earns a share of every dollar the machines take in. We set the split with you up front — it depends on the machine and your foot traffic — and you'll see each period's earnings, and whether you've been paid, right in your partner dashboard.
- How and when do I get paid?
- We collect and reconcile on a regular schedule (typically monthly), split it per your agreement, and pay your share by check or transfer. Every period and its payment status is visible in your dashboard, so the numbers are never a mystery.
- What space and power do I need?
- Roughly a 3 × 6 ft footprint per pinball machine including room to play (a dance machine needs about 6 × 8 ft) and a standard 120V outlet nearby. Indoor and climate-protected, ideally ground-floor or with easy access — the cabinets run about 55 in deep and 250–300 lbs, so tell us about stairs.
- How long is the commitment?
- We start with a no-risk 60–90 day trial. After that it's month-to-month — either side can end a placement with reasonable notice, spelled out in a simple one-page agreement. No long-term lock-in.
- Can I keep games I already have?
- Keep whatever you already run. We just ask to be the provider for the machines we place with you, and we'll work around your existing setup.
- What if a machine breaks or gets damaged?
- Routine wear, service, and repairs are on us — usually same week, and every machine carries a QR code so a single scan tells us something's up. We carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate for your venue; how customer damage or theft is handled is spelled out in the agreement.
- How fresh is the lineup?
- We run curated, late-model titles and rotate them over time — and if a game underperforms on your floor, we'll swap it for something with more pull, so your regulars always have a reason to come back.
- How do I get started?
- Tell us about your venue and we'll reach out within 24 hours. We visit to check the fit and agree terms, then deliver and set up — typically within a couple of weeks of a yes. You work directly with the owner, not a call center.
- Where do you operate?
- We serve West Chester, Mason & Greater Cincinnati, Ohio — roughly a 25-mile radius around our West Chester home base, and we can sometimes go a little beyond it.
