FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about renting pinball and arcade machines across West Chester, Mason & Greater Cincinnati, Ohio.
- How much does it cost to rent a pinball or arcade machine?
- Our machines currently run $525.00–$800.00 per day depending on the machine. Rentals of 2+ days get 20% off the daily rate. Delivery is a separate flat fee, and every quote is a free, no-obligation estimate — nothing is charged until we confirm your booking together.
- What's included in the rental?
- Everything: delivery, professional setup and leveling, unlimited free play for your guests, a direct line to the owner during your rental, and pickup when it's over. Every machine is cleaned, tuned, and play-tested before it leaves our shop.
- Where do you deliver?
- We serve West Chester, Mason & Greater Cincinnati, Ohio — roughly a 25-mile radius around our West Chester home base, and we can often go a little beyond it with a small travel adjustment. The base delivery fee is $150.00 and covers transport, setup, and pickup; especially heavy machines (like our dance machine) may add a delivery surcharge, which is always shown in your quote up front.
- What does my venue need?
- Not much: a pinball machine needs roughly a 3 × 6 ft footprint including room to play (our dance machine needs more — about 6 × 8 ft), a standard 120V outlet, and an indoor or fully covered, climate-protected space. Ground-floor or elevator access makes delivery smoothest — tell us about stairs when you request a quote.
- How far in advance should I book?
- The earlier the better — popular weekends go first. Send a request whenever you're ready; the owner personally reviews every booking and confirms availability with you directly, so nothing is ever auto-confirmed or double-booked.
- Is there a deposit? What if I need to cancel?
- Confirmed bookings are reserved with a 25% deposit — payment details are provided when we confirm your booking together. Cancellation and change terms — including the 7-day cancellation window — are spelled out in the rental agreement you receive at confirmation.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. We carry liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue whenever it's required — common for corporate events and rented halls.
- Do guests need quarters to play?
- No — event rentals are set to free play. Guests just walk up and hit start, as many games as they want.
- How is sales tax calculated?
- Ohio sales tax is destination-based, so the rate is set by your delivery location's county. Your quote calculates it automatically from the delivery address.
- What happens if a machine has a problem during my event?
- Every machine is play-tested before delivery, and you get a direct line to the owner — not a call center — for the length of your rental. If something acts up, we'll talk you through it or come out and make it right.
- Can my bar, brewery, or taproom host machines?
- Yes — that's our route program. We place, maintain, and service machines in your venue at zero cost to you, and the games give your regulars one more reason to stay another round. Get in touch for a no-risk trial.
- Do you offer long-term or office rentals?
- Yes — select machines are available at monthly rates for offices, lounges, and co-working spaces, including rotation so the lineup stays fresh.
