Our services

Sorceress Mode Amusements rents pinball and arcade machines for events, venues, and monthly use, and we deliver, set up, and maintain the equipment. Prices and availability shown on the site are estimates, not offers — nothing is reserved until we confirm it with you in writing.

Eligibility

The site and our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live) and able to enter into a binding agreement. Minors may use the site only with the involvement of a responsible adult who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

Requests, quotes & bookings

• Submitting a request or quote does not create a confirmed reservation.
• We review each request against our calendar and logistics, then follow up to confirm details, final pricing, and any deposit.
• A booking is confirmed only once we accept it and you agree to the rental agreement provided at that time.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and change terms, including any deposit and cancellation window, are set out in the rental agreement provided when your booking is confirmed. Please review that agreement before your event.

Equipment & responsible use

• All machines remain the property of Sorceress Mode Amusements at all times.
• You are responsible for providing a safe, suitable space and reasonable supervision during the rental.
• You are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear that occurs while the equipment is in your care, as detailed in your rental agreement.
• We handle delivery, setup, and all of our own maintenance.

Payments

Most arrangements begin as an inquiry, with payment details confirmed before your event. If and when online payments are enabled, deposits and balances are processed by our payment provider; amounts and timing are shown in your quote and rental agreement.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login secure and don't share it. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sorceress Mode Amusements harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Intellectual property

The site's content and design are owned by Sorceress Mode Amusements or its licensors. Third-party brand and game names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only — see our Legal & Trademarks page.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and all prices and quotes are estimates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorceress Mode Amusements is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental at issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Butler County, Ohio, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the business. For a confirmed rental, the signed rental agreement controls over these Terms if the two conflict.
