Our services

Sorceress Mode Amusements places pinball and arcade machines in venues such as bars, breweries, and taprooms across West Chester, Mason & Greater Cincinnati, Ohio, and we handle delivery, setup, and maintenance. Anything shown on the site is informational, not an offer — a placement begins only once we confirm it with you in writing.

Eligibility

The site and our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live) and able to enter into a binding agreement. Minors may use the site only with the involvement of a responsible adult who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

Placement requests

• Submitting a request does not create a confirmed placement.
• We review each request against our fleet and logistics, then follow up to confirm details and terms.
• A placement is confirmed only once we accept it and both sides agree to the placement agreement provided at that time, which governs revenue share and the placement itself.

Cancellations & changes

Terms for ending or changing a placement are set out in the placement agreement provided when a placement is confirmed. Either side may end a placement as described in that agreement.

Equipment & responsible use

• All machines remain the property of Sorceress Mode Amusements at all times.
• You are responsible for providing a safe, suitable space and reasonable supervision while the equipment is on site.
• You are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear that occurs while the equipment is in your care, as detailed in your placement agreement.
• We handle delivery, setup, and all of our own maintenance.

Payments

Placement is at no cost to the venue. Revenue share and any payment details are set out in the placement agreement provided when a placement is confirmed.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login secure and don't share it. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sorceress Mode Amusements harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Intellectual property

The site's content and design are owned by Sorceress Mode Amusements or its licensors. Third-party brand and game names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only — see our Legal & Trademarks page.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and all prices and quotes are estimates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorceress Mode Amusements is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the services at issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Butler County, Ohio, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the business. For a confirmed placement, the signed placement agreement controls over these Terms if the two conflict.
